This page logs the content we've changed. Crypto moves fast and we'll get things wrong too; when we do, we fix it and put it here for you to see. That's the least we owe our readers.

Corrections during the build

• 2026-06-20 · An absolute claim about dividends: an early draft said "US stock tokens don't pay dividends." That's not accurate — whether and how dividends are handled depends on the issuer. We changed it to "depends on the issuer; some convert it, some don't pay," and added a dedicated article to explain.
• 2026-06-20 · Which platform xStocks belongs to: an early passage loosely described xStocks as "an exchange's own product." In fact xStocks is issued by Backed Finance and trades on platforms like Kraken and Bybit. We corrected the issuer-to-platform mapping.
• 2026-06-20 · Consistent wording on trading hours: "24/5" and "24/7" were used interchangeably across articles for a while, which could make people think every US stock can trade 24/7. We've made the wording consistent: real US stock spot is bound by regular / 24·5 hours, and only some tokens support 24/7 — see the trading hours article.
