About MEIGUBI

In June 2026 Binance opened US stock trading to non-US users, and rolled out three things at once: real US shares, bStocks tokens, and on-chain US stocks in the Web3 Wallet. The news is fresh, the pitfalls are many, and not many people have explained it clearly in plain English. MEIGUBI exists to fill that gap — to spell out how to buy, what the differences are, what it costs, and what the risks are, in language anyone can follow.

Who we are

"Lin Yue" and the "MEIGUBI editorial" team are both pen names. We're upfront about that: we won't pretend to be licensed analysts, Wall Street veterans or executives at some firm, and we won't invent years of experience to impress you. We're a group of people who research crypto and stock tokens ourselves, have made our share of mistakes, dug through the sources, and write what we learn into guides you can actually understand. Judge whether an article is worth trusting by whether it cites verifiable sources and whether the logic holds up — not by how impressive the author's title sounds.

What we do and don't do

What we do is guides and navigation: explain the steps, compare products, and offer pure front-end calculators. What we don't do:

• We don't give investment advice and won't tell you which stock or token to buy;
• We never touch your money, never trade for you, never custody assets;
• We never ask for your private keys, seed phrase, password or verification codes — anyone who does is a scammer;
• We don't make up numbers. For things that change, like fees and limits, we give ranges and flag "check Binance's page."

How we make money (honestly)

This site contains Binance referral (commission) links. If you sign up and trade via our referral code BN0426 or our links, we may earn a commission from Binance. This adds nothing to your cost — in fact you get a fee discount too, with the actual rate shown on Binance's page and subject to change. We keep the site running on commissions, but that doesn't change how honestly we write about risk: we won't hide a single pitfall on Binance's behalf.

Data and timeliness

Crypto and tokenized stocks move fast — products, fees, what's available and the regulations all shift constantly. We date our articles and try to cite public sources like Binance Academy, Investopedia and the US SEC. But for the final word, go by the live information on the official pages. If you spot a mistake, tell us via the contact page and we'll correct it openly in the corrections log.
